I am ready to do battle with allergies and sickness that usually conquer me in the spring.  This has proven many times over. Maintaining healthy gums and teeth is a uncommonly used method to recall staying healthy in springtime. There are myriads of different circumstances. This year I am ready to stay healthy all season by eating healthy, cooking healthy, and drinking lots of fluids.   Especially at my age, there is so much that can get me sick that I need to stay on my toes.
